Celtic Style

One of my many happy visits to Kanban resulted in getting a bundle of these card blanks - I was drawn to the Celtic style dragon embossed in gold on the fold.   They really need something with the correct style so finally I thoguht of Celtic Gods and Godesses, so good old GOOGLE did the job.  This image is called Elf Wood .

I matted and layered some 'bits' from a bag of things a friend brought me and printed off the image 3 times, decoupaging it how I wanted - this is how I learnt - over 21 years ago now at night school back in Linlithgow.  The peel off corners are from some bought in Bruges.   When I had finished cutting out the images I used embossing powder for the hair and the 'halo'  I am fairly pleased with the result.  The finishing touches are the tiny gems uses as the headband and the pendant.  .

Now done an insert - with Celtic peel offs

and an image of a waterfall which I felt was in keeping with the front
